Well, this is going to be pretty repetitive, and for sanity's sake I'm grouping them by character, with explanations/notes right after the answer, but here goes.
1&2. Arlin: Yes, but he would be capable of recognizing them as not his own.
Babel: Yes, though it might be more difficult if her walls are up -- they don't keep things out, they just keep things quiet, per se.
The rest: Yes.
3&4. Arlin: Depends on whether or not she can pick up on emotions that are forcibly dissociated; he'll feel something, but shove it down so deeply that he might as well not be after that first second. They're not truly dissociated, but temporarily.
Kaden: Yes, but they will severely differ from what he's expressing outwardly.
Hiroto: Yes, though he's severely emotionally stunted so she might not realize that what she's getting is the entirety of what he's feeling? Idk.
Everyone else: Yes.
5. Arlin: No, but if he figures out someone is in his head, his automatic reaction is a sort of cultivated ADD in which his thoughts/attention jumps around to various things and he doesn't think too deeply about anything. This'll only work as a distraction if someone is tracking surface thoughts (or easily distracted by them/needs a relatively quiet mind) and not actively digging, though.
Babel: Yes, unconscious ones, though they're weak. Like I said for question 1&2, they're just there to keep the noise tolerable and allow her functionality/not let her go full-out dissociative-psychic constantly. These are probably pretty detectable?
The rest: No.
6. Arlin: Pick one at random, he probably speaks it. Babel: Pick one at random, she definitely speaks it. Huck: English. Hiroto: Japanese and English Jolie: English Kaden: English, Japanese, Spanish, German, Latin. (He can only read German and Latin. If Mio speaks Japanese at him, he will pretend he doesn't understand her and will not respond in kind. I may also edit this AGAIN if I figure out what other languages he was taught as I don't know them all.) the angel: English, Polish, Hebrew. (The Polish and Hebrew have severely degraded; I'm not sure he realizes he still can speak them, though he knows he can still read Hebrew with some effort.)
[Also, if Mio's going to do anything drastic to any of them, or pick up on something very specific about them (say, the fact that Kaden tortures people as part of his dayjob), I'd prefer a ping to hash out details first.]
