I hired a forger myself with the money I came though the rift with to get myself a birth certificate. I can't say he's entirely trustworthy, but he'll keep his mouth shut as long as you pay him for the work he does. Still, I wouldn't run all of my business through him; it makes things too easy to track if you're looking for wanderers.
