(( OOC: Mio's birthday / Zodiac signs ))

Basic research suggests that Mio has a Scorpio personality--revenge seeking, holds grudges, suspicious, unable to let things go, uses her powers to benefit only herself and steps on other people in order to satisfy her own greed, etc. (none of those were very complimentary at all, haha) Can anyone who has more knowledge of Zodiac signs give me a thumbs up/down on this analysis?

Also, for those muns who have chosen birthdays for their pups, is there anything else that would be a good idea to consider besides Zodiac sign or should I just pick a date at random within that range (October 23 - November 21, in this case)?

You can also considers what holidays/festivals take place in Japan during that time frame.

If we go to a bookstore, we can look up the breakdown for exact days.

If you know what year she was born in, you can choose based on day of the week (Monday's child is fair of face, or however that goes).

The two main festivals/holidays around this time of year, Shichi-go-san and Culture day, don't seem particularly relevant to Mio's character. However, I did a bit of digging on the Japanese traditional calendar and found that Nov. 7 or 8 is Rittou, the beginning of winter according to the lunar calandar.

Trying to determine a birth year for Mio is kind of tricky because of the added layer of fictionality (if that makes any sense). Plus the Mio from the original Tsukigomori would presumably have the same birthday but a different birth year (due to the change in setting), which would screw up things even worse for trying to determine a day of the week. XP

In conclusion: I think I like Nov. 7, but we should look up a breakdown for the days in a bookstore anyway to see if there's something I like better.
