I'm afraid that my abilities don't get along with alcohol, but I can't say I'm not tempted.

It's a shame I doubt painkillers would do anything for me in this situation.

that is terrible and unnatural and we should find a way to remedy it. if you're not opposed to controlled studies and occasional ingestion of whatever falls through the rift, i'm sure we can fix it given time.

Well, you'll be the one that'll be subject to my psychic backwash when the alcohol puts my shielding on the fritz, so don't say I didn't warn you.

That being said, a drink or two rarely does my shields too much harm, so I might as well say fuck it all and grab a bottle.
